Dear Colleagues,
Professor Julia Reichert, director of the 2007 Emmy Award winning
A Lion in the House, will be at the AAMC meeting in San Antonio on
Sunday, November 2nd. She will be leading one of the noon-time
meetings/discussions near the Exhibit Hall on the film's module dealing
with Health Care Disparities. It is one of the most compelling documentaries
we have seen, and the CDC has sponsored several powerful training
modules from it. For more information, stop by our school's booth
in the Exhibit Hall, or find reference to the noon event in the program.
